During the summer, Nicki Minaj developed hard feelings toward Hot 97, as the personalities continued to make fun of her music. Things hit an unexpected boiling point when Nicki Minaj and Young Money walked out of Hot 97’s Summer Jam. However, it was with Hot 97, that Nicki Minaj delivered turkeys in Queens on Thanksgiving.
While promoting Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded (The Re-Up), Nicki Minaj stopped by Hot 97 and she discussed her new project. During the interview, Hot 97 made it clear they support Nicki Minaj and always have. Despite what was said, they wanted no hard feelings between them and Nicki Minaj.
Right when things had been smoothed out, Hot 97’s program director, Ebro, spoke out and said Peter Rosenberg ended Nicki Minaj’s career. Ebro also offered advice on what she could do to get herself going again. Once again angry, Nicki Minaj called into Hot 97 and laid into Ebro for his comments.
