The past year has gone well for Game, starting off with releasing the music video for “The City,” which features Kendrick Lamar. Those who had not had the chance to listen Kendrick Lamar were all impressed by his performance on “The City.” Helping boost a fellow Los Angeles resident, Game went on to star in an episode of VH1’s “Behind the Music.”
Game promised a new album in 2012 and did not back down. With The R.E.D. Album, Game promised a late 2009 release and delayed the album several times. Regaining his position in hip hop, Game is gunning for the top spot. If he delivers more singles like “Celebration,” he may very well do so.
With his album due in a little under two weeks, Game has been making his media rounds over the past few weeks. In the eighth episode of Karmaloop TV’s That Life, Game spoke on his upcoming Jesus Piece album. Game would discuss the album cover and much more during the interview with Karmaloop TV.
