Two legendary crews in New York hip hop, Wu-Tang Clan and D-Block (initially known as The L.O.X.) have come together. Centering around Sheek Louch, who represents the D-Block team, and Ghostface Killah, of Wu-Tang, a joint album was announced two years ago. After a long wait, the album is finally here.

Long time fans of hip hop enjoyed a lyrical dream come true with all of the major posse cuts featuring both crews. While they never had much mainstream appeal, Jadakiss, GZA, Styles P, and Raekwon are revered as some of the best artists in the game. Sheek Louch and Ghostface Killah also command respect.

Today, the Wu-Block album comes after a long wait. One of the standout records off the album is “Been Robbed.” Featuring the focal points of the album, Ghostface Killah and Sheek Louch, the song is pure lyricism at its best. Fans have complained about the grittiness being gone in New York hip hop and now it’s back. Joe Milly produced the track.
