Some have argued that Game will never match the popularity he held from 2004 through 2006, which may be the case. But, even with the emergence of Kendrick Lamar and other artists from Los Angeles, Game is still the biggest representative. Game has held Los Angeles down for eight years and is preparing his fifth studio album, Jesus Piece.
Jesus Piece comes on the heels of Game’s previous album, The R.E.D. Album, and is set for release in a month. In the months leading up to the album, Game has been involved in numerous stories. Among the craziest ones was Game backing out of his engagement and then calling it back on and his fight with 40 Glocc.
Game made his New York City media rounds this week and would also stop by Hot 97, allowing him to speak with DJ Cipha Sounds and Peter Rosenberg. While speaking with them for Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg, Game talked about 40 Glocc and also spoke on his VH1 reality show, “Married to the Game.”
