Similar to Rick Ross last year, Lil Wayne has appeared on a number of songs over the past year. Among the people Lil Wayne popped up with over the year include French Montana, Rick Ross, Drake, Game, and many others. The only tracks from Lil Wayne have been “My Homies Still” with Big Sean, “No Worries” with Detail, and “Goulish.”
For well over a year, there has been a growing feud between Lil Wayne’s Young Money and the G.O.O.D. Music camp. Ironically, Kanye West almost signed with Cash Money Records before joining Jay-Z’s Roc-A-Fella Records. Through it all, Lil Wayne dissing Pusha T and the Common/Drake feud, Kanye West and Lil Wayne have remained friends.
MTV News recently caught up with Lil Wayne and he discussed I Am Not a Human Being 2, his sixth album in five years. During the interview, Lil Wayne talked about the production on the album. While Lil Wayne and Pusha T may not be friends, or collaborators, he made it clear Kanye West will play a major part in the production of the project.
