In addition to such artists as Lloyd Banks, one of New York City’s hottest mixtape rappers is Coke Boy Brock, a member of French Montana’s Coke Boys. It was last year when French Montana’s mixtape buzz led him onto the Bad Boy Records’ roster. While French Montana got signed, the Coke Boys hit the mixtape scene harder than ever.

Coke Boy Brock finds himself picking up where French Montana left off, releasing four mixtapes this year. Working with DJ Diggz and DJ Lust, Coke Boy Brock continues to build a large fan base. The Blackout 2 was released last week and has been well-received by both critics and fans.

It has been officially a week since Coke Boy Brock released The Blackout 2. In the seven days since the mixtape was released, Coke Boy Brock has been enjoying the success. The mixtape release party was held in Atlantic City. Now, Coke Boy Brock is enjoying a bit of commercial success, as The Blackout 2 has been downloaded over 12,000 times on DatPiff.com.
