Big K.R.I.T. reveals new mixtape in the works with Sermon’s Domain interview [VIDEO]

For years, Big K.R.I.T.’s talents were showcased on numerous Southern mixtape series, making him one of the biggest rappers in Mississippi. With David Banner as the lone representative from Mississippi, Big K.R.I.T. had much support to becoming their second major artist. Big K.R.I.T. soon found himself one of the biggest mixtape rappers in the game.

Def Jam soon discovered Big K.R.I.T. and offered him a deal, which he signed during the summer of 2010. After signing with Def Jam, Big K.R.I.T. began working on his debut album, Live From The Underground. The album would not come until two summers later, but was met with rave reviews.

Big K.R.I.T. was recently in Seattle, where he spoke with Sermon’s Domain about his upcoming new music. Though he is now signed to Def Jam and is fresh off his debut album, Big K.R.I.T. remains a mixtape rapper at heart. During their interview, Big K.R.I.T. revealed he has a new mixtape in the works.
