Kendrick Lamar talks Lady Gaga and work with Dr. Dre with Fake Shore Drive [VIDEO]

While in Chicago for the Pitchfork Festival 2012, Kendrick Lamar made the most of his time, speaking with much of Chicago’s hip hop media. In addition to speaking with Gowhere Hip Hop, Kendrick Lamar also spoke with Fake Shore Drive. Kendrick Lamar has much work ahead of himself, as the second half of 2012 begins.

It seems as if Kendrick Lamar has been around forever, but there is still much more to learn about the Compton rapper. Many were surprised to discover Kendrick Lamar was good friends with Lady Gaga. In addition to showing support on Twitter, Lady Gaga made the trek to Chicago to watch Kendrick Lamar perform.

During his interview with Fake Shore Drive, Kendrick Lamar spoke on his friendship with the pop starlet and Dr. Dre. Late last year, Kendrick Lamar signed a joint venture deal with the Aftermath label owned by Dr. Dre. Fake Shore Drive questioned Kendrick Lamar about the actual work Dr. Dre will provide on the album.
