One of the most-recognized DJs in New York City is DJ Superstar Jay. In a time where the mixtape scene has been flooded by DJs from other areas, Superstar Jay has kept the birthplace of hip hop in the spotlight. Today, DJ Superstar Jay returned with his latest mixtape offering, I Am Mixtapes 123.
DJ Superstar Jay compiled a number of new songs by some of the biggest names in the rap game. Among those names include those on the cover, Nas, who released his tenth studio album, Life is Good, today, Big Sean, Rick Ross, and Young Jeezy. Over the past few months, all four rappers have enjoyed much success.
Gucci Mane, Pusha T, Cory Gunz, Chief Keef, Future, Fabolous, Wiz Khalifa, Lil Wayne, and 2 Chainz also make appearances on the mixtape. Cory Gunz has been out of the spotlight since “6 Foot 7 Foot,” but the other rappers have enjoyed steady success this year. They, along with many more, comprise DJ Superstar Jay’s I Am Mixtapes 123.
