Yesterday, Waka Flocka Flame celebrated the release of Triple F Life, his sophomore album. Waka Flocka Flame burst onto the scene in 2010, immediately becoming a force in the rap game. A member of Gucci Mane’s 1017 Brick Squad, he solidified Gucci as a record executive.
Waka Flocka Flame has also set up a number of his own businesses within the rap game. In addition to being an artist on Brick Squad, Waka Flocka Flame is the head of his own Brick Squad Monopoly label. With a roster of successful artists on his label, the leader clearly is Waka, himself.
With his album being released yesterday, Waka Flocka Flame has been making his media rounds. Among the stops he made in New York City included a visit to Hot 97 where Nicki Minaj was one of the topics. Waka Flocka Flame spoke on much more during the interview.
