The Coke Boys have been highly popular over the past few years, dominating the mixtape scene in New York City. Much of this buzz has come from French Montana, who officially made the jump from the streets to television. At the close of last year, it was revealed on “106 & Park” that French Montana signed with Bad Boy Records.
With French Montana becoming the next “king of New York” at a rapid pace, his team is still making moves. The Coke Boys are fresh off the release of their N.W.C. mixtape with French Montana. Coke Boy Brock is preparing for his own run, in hopes of getting to the level of French Montana.
Towards the end of May, Coke Boy Brock teamed up with DJ Lust and DJ Diggz for his new mixtape, The First 48. In a little over two weeks since the project was released, the mixtape has been exposed to many outlets. The project features Coke Boy collaborations, as French Montana and Chinx Drugz are among the features on the mixtape.
