It has officially been a year since James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond was brought up on charges for operating a national cocaine ring. In the time since then, Rosemond has been accused of everything from setting up the murder of Tony Yayo’s best friend to being behind the 1994 shooting of Tupac Shakur in New York City. Despite all that is against him, the mogul maintains his innocence.

The fourth day of his trial was today and his former girlfriend, Julinda Quinones testified, revealing their past relationship. More importantly, Quinones said Jimmy Henchman wanted her to transport cash from New York City to Los Angeles, where he would then meet her. Before she was able to make any moves, Quinones said she was stopped by agents and questioned. Still able to make the flight to Los Angeles, Quinones said she was stopped by agents again and forced her to sign an agreement, after taking photos of her with the money.

Julinda Quinones revealed it was these agents who forced her to write what she wrote and they forced her to use the word “illegal.” When she was questioned by Gerald Shargel, she denied ever being asked to lie for Jimmy Henchman and she denied ever seeing any guns or drugs during her time with him.
