It has been well-documented over the past year and a half of how disinterested Waka Flocka Flame is in being a rapper. When he entered the game, Waka Flocka Flame immediately gained popularity. This popularity quickly turned into a backlash when people grew tired of Waka’s lack of lyrical ability, well lack of lyrical effort.
Tired of the criticism, Waka Flocka Flame said he could “care less” about being lyrical. It was during this time when Waka Flocka Flame revealed he truly wanted to be a professional wrestler, surprising many. During the summer of 2011, Waka Flocka Flame even said he was quitting the rap game because it was so fake, however he stayed, delivering “Round of Applause.”
