Because they are rich and famous, many love to think all celebrities have bad attitudes. Not much has been said about Drake, but there are some who would like to believe he also has this mentality. Those who feel this way received confirmation when Drake walked out of his cover shoot for VIBE magazine.
Stories of Drake being difficult every step of the shoot circulated the internet, with several hip hop websites reporting it. Drake was said to have arrived hours late for the shoot. When he did arrive, Drake was reportedly rude and refused to wear the outfit the magazine had for him.
When a minor argument began, Drake left the shoot and the cover was given to his label-mate, Nicki Minaj. Many felt Drake was simply being difficult, but the Young Money emcee delivered his side of the story. The name of his VIBE cover was “The Dark Side of Aubrey Graham.”
While in the UK, Drake has discussed several topics and he also addressed his issues with VIBE. Drake said the article was showing him off as a bitter bad guy. This offended Drake, who said he is a young man enjoying his life and they tried to put a damper on his character. Drake feels they tried to ruin his character because he did not follow their rules. Despite how it sounds, Drake was not trying to come off as difficult, but he did not like the way he was being portrayed.
