Rappers, for years, have been the center of controversy. Young Buck’s career was actually born from controversy. Joining 50 Cent’s G-Unit crew, Young Buck soon found himself in the middle of the biggest hip hop feud post-Jay-Z and Nas in the Murder Inc./Ja Rule feud. The popularity of this feud helped to jump-start 50 Cent’s career, which lit the careers of G-Unit and Lloyd Banks and Young Buck.

During the summer of 2004, Young Buck released his solo debut, which eventually went platinum. The summer was filled with Young Buck hits. However, following the release of his debut album, Young Buck did not release another album. 50 Cent’s popularity waned and G-Unit no longer sold the records they used to.

Soon, Young Buck found himself in the biggest hip hop beef in 2008. Young Buck and 50 Cent took their feud public during the spring of 2008. Throughout the summer of 2008, the two exchanged disses. Now, the Nashville rapper finds himself in more controversy. Young Buck was shot at yesterday morning and it was recently revealed an altercation at a Nashville club, La Bamba.
