Ja Rule interview with Vlad TV

Since 2003, all Ja Rule has wanted was to have respect from the fans and peers in the hip hop industry and have the spotlight back. Today, Ja Rule has regained all of this, and on his birthday, but it is bittersweet for the Murder Inc. rapper. When he first began this comeback mission, five years ago, Ja Rule had all the right ingredients, a Lil Wayne collaboration and all, but was caught with guns and drugs in New York City.

It was one bad decision, which has cost Ja Rule two years of his life. During one of his early prison interviews, Ja Rule spoke on how painful it was to be away from his family during the formative years. Ja Rule has maintained prison is no fun, but he has learned important lessons behind bars, making new friends along the way. These friends have inspired Ja Rule to become more of a businessman and pursue a college education.

Ja Rule called into Vlad TV and discussed his goal to obtain his business degree.
