Despite the changes people go through in life, there are many who want to define a person for their past actions. A decade ago, the world was introduced to buzzing mixtape rapper, 50 Cent. Known as a flawed man who was shot nine times, 50 Cent was signed by Eminem and Dr. Dre. Soon, he made it clear there was a major chip on his shoulder.

In a matter of months, 50 Cent was a millionaire and one of the most-popular rappers in the game. After breaking records for the sales of his official debut, Get Rich or Die Tryin,’ 50 Cent developed his own record label. His G-Unit group and G-Unit Records also sold platinum records, making 50 Cent a strong record executive. Becoming one of the most-powerful men in the industry, 50 Cent became known as a bully.

However, in recent months, 50 Cent has been doing his best to give back. While he is still known to throw jabs at his rivals, 50 Cent has been donating money and food to the hungry in Africa. In assisting the needy in Africa, 50 Cent has made several trips to the motherland. Another headline topic for 50 Cent is his ongoing feud with Interscope Records, who 50 blames for the low sales of his last two albums. Several times, in the media, 50 Cent has dissed his label and the label head, Jimmy Iovine. Recently, 50 Cent announced he would not be recording, but his most-recent trip to Africa led to a change of heart.
