A few hours ago, it was announced a pre-game concert would take place before the 2012 NBA All-Star Game. For those who do not follow the NBA, every season in February, the league takes a break and the top players unite for a weekend of fun. There are several challenge games, including a slam dunk and three-point competition. On the final night of the weekend, the actual All-Star game takes place with the top players competing.
With several NBA players going to the same team to add star power, the league has decided to bring more stars in. Among the performers at the 2012 NBA All-Star Game will be the ever-popular Nicki Minaj. Already a hot topic, Nicki Minaj returned to the top of everyone’s tongue with the release of her “Stupid Hoe” single. Following her Grammy performance, last weekend, she caused controversy.
Now, Nicki Minaj is taking her show down to Orlando to amaze the Florida crowd. The festivities begin on February 24, 2012 and Nicki Minaj will take the stage on February 27.
