Those who criticize the current breed of rap stars often point to the days when Erick Sermon and EPMD crafted their classic hits. Despite being in the game well over twenty years, Erick Sermon has remained relevant. Over a decade ago, Erick Sermon helped introduce Rick Ross to the game. Rick Ross’ big break would come, obviously, years later.
Erick Sermon has continued to support Rick Ross, but like many other veterans, he is disappointed with the current hip hop landscape. Instead of complaining, Erick Sermon has set out to fix the problem. The legendary rapper and producer is returning with a new mixtape and will be producing new tracks. During his interview with AllHipHop.com, Sermon said he is going to educate the new school.
