With his Day After Tomorrow sophomore album delayed until next year, Maino has decided to release a mixtape for the fans. While Maino’s album will not have many guest appearances, the mixtape will more than make up for it. On the mixtape, which is titled I Am Who I Am, will feature several of hip hop’s most-prominent performers.
During his interview with Gowhere Hip Hop, Maino announced his features. The mixtape, which Maino sub-titled The Album Before The Album, will feature verses from Prodigy, Lil Wayne, Ace Hood, DJ Khaled, and Lloyd Banks. Maino is featuring all the stars on his mixtape to save the spotlight for himself on the album.
Currently, Maino is preparing to release The Day After Tomorrow on January 31, 2012.
