With emTha Carter IV/em not coming until August, this mixtape will have to hold fans over for a stretch of /br /Lil Wayne said the mixtape will have a similar format to his critically-acclaimed 2010 mixtape, emNo Ceilings/em. Again, Wayne will be freestyling over beats by other artists.
