Havoc advises Lil’ Kim about G-Unit partnership

The G-Unit leader recently pulled off a major move this month. Earlier in his career, 50 Cent had plans of launching G-Unit South. At the time, Young Buck was signed to G-Unit and a member of the group. br /br /In 2008, Young Buck let his issues with G-Unit be known and a feud erupted between he and 50 Cent. For three years, Buck has been feuding with 50 Cent and G-Unit. The past three years, music wise, have been tough on 50 Cent. But, he has been putting things back together, here in /br /Recently, 50 Cent put G-Unit South back together when he signed Shawty Lo and D4L. Around the same time Shawty Lo announced he was with G-Unit, Lil’ Kim said she may also sign with the label. For quite some time, Lil’ Kim was one of the biggest foes G-Unit had. However, a chance meeting with 50 Cent helped her to forgive the /br /Back in 2005, after The Game was ousted from G-Unit, 50 Cent made a couple of power moves. First, he signed veteran hip hop duo, Mobb Deep and then he signed M.O.P. These moves remained nothing more than moves, for the most part. After spending four years with G-Unit Records, Mobb Deep released one album and it sold poorly. M.O.P. did not release an album at all. Now, with a different distribution company behind them, G-Unit Records is expanding the /br /Havoc knows what it is like to be a part of one of 50 Cent’s power moves. The advice he gives to Lil’ Kim, with her considering a G-Unit move, is for her to continue to make good music. Some artists try to make music that sounds like G-Unit’s music when they sign to the label.
