In the summer of 2008, X was brought up on a number of charges. He began his prison term in 2009.br /br /Because of everything that happened, DMX’s ex-wife said he was the target of a conspiracy. With so many rappers going to prison, many believe this. But, DMX will soon be getting out from behind bars.br /br /Having been in prison for nearly two years, X will be out in a little over a month.
