Vado compares Interscope deal to Kobe Bryant in 1996

Soon, Vado was signed to Diplomat Records and chosen as Cam’s next in line. Vado has been on the fast track for success and he flourished when Cam’ron reunited with his former partners, Jim Jones and Juelz /br /The crew reunited early in 2010 and put together several new songs, all of them gaining acclaim. Cam’ron’s successful comeback, along with the significant buzz of Jim Jones and Juelz Santana led to their entire Diplomat label being picked up by Interscope Records. The deal has the entire team /br /Recently, Vado opened up about how he feels on being signed with powerhouse, Interscope Records. Vado went from being on an independent label to being label-mates with Eminem and Dr. Dre. The past few months have been dedicated to Dr. Dre releasing his emDetox/em album. Vado loves being on a new label, full of /br /Vado compared his new team to Kobe Bryant in 1996. Bryant intially was not the star for the Los Angeles Lakers, instead he was a rookie playing behind big name stars. The same thing can be said for Vado, as his mixtape career can be considered high school.
