Being met with so many delays, there were a number of fans and critics who thought this day would never happen. Young Jeezy’s long-awaited album, Thug Motivation 103 has been out for a week and the first week sales are in. Throughout his career, Young Jeezy has always done big numbers and his latest album was no different.

In its first week, Thug Motivation 103 sold over 230,000 copies. However, the album debuted at number three on the Billboard 200. Finishing behind Adele and Michael Buble, die hard Young Jeezy fans are simply glad to have him back. Thug Motivation 103 has been expected for two years.

Last summer, it appeared as if the album would be released, as “Lose My Mind,” featuring Plies became a minor hit. The music video even made it to BET, MTV, and VH1. Young Jeezy later revealed his partying in Miami caused the 2010 delay. One year later, the album has been met with critical acclaim upon its release.
