Twenty years have gone by since Jermaine Dupri first opened the doors to So So Def and it has been a wild ride. Jermaine Dupri has boasted quite a few artists on the official roster of the label and the label has had countless distributors. However, So So Def has remained out of the spotlight since Dem Franchize Boyz enjoyed their run.

Bow Wow always credits Jermaine Dupri for helping him become the star he once was. While he is currently signed to Cash Money Records and hosts BET’s “106 & Park,” Bow Wow still considers himself So So Def. But, this is not the case for other former artists, as Kandi Burruss, an Xscape member, will not be attending the twentieth anniversary show.

Recently, Bow Wow got on Twitter and called Kandi Burruss out over her choosing not to attend the concert. Jermaine Dupri spoke to Sister 2 Sister and the question about this situation came up. The famed Atlanta producer said he is not focused on that, he is only focused on how big this concert is going to be.
