In 2017, Zell Swag joined “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood,” and he immediately became a household name. The stylist quickly became rivals with Masika, but was introduced as her longtime friend. Despite fighting Alexis Sky for her, Zell and Alexis became fast friends.
Masika would end her friendship with Zell, due to this, and he quickly took Alexis’ side in their beef. He went as far as recording a diss track, which explains his actions towards Apryl. Ultimately, he was removed from the show for ambushing Misster Ray, at the reunion.
Zell Swag is now written off for being very messy, all of the time. Fans say that Zell is a toxic person, who will go after anyone, and they believe he proved that with how he treated Teairra, last night. In terms of his music, fans say they don’t take it, or his sexuality, seriously, but were glad he and Teairra made up.
