Kodak Black continued his issues of getting in trouble with the law as he was arrested at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami back in May. That time, it was for falsifying information on gun applications. He was facing federal firearms charges.

Kodak chose not to go to trial and instead, plead guilty to these charges. The sentencing will take place this week on November 13, according to the Associated Press. The Florida rapper could be facing between 4-20 years in prison.

The plea stated though that Kodak be recommended being sentenced to the  “low end of the guideline range.” He may not get over 10 years but prison time could still be guaranteed. The weapons Kodak tried to obtain are a 9 mm handgun, .380-caliber handgun, a semi-automatic Mini Draco, and over 100 rounds of ammo. One weapon was reportedly found at the scene of a shooting in his hometown of Pompano Beach.

As far as him in prison now, Kodak reportedly got into a fight with another inmate on October 30 and hit a correctional officer who tried to break it up. The officer ended up needing to go to the hospital. It’ll be interesting to see if this incident has any affect on the judge’s decision in Kodak’s sentencing.
