Texas Officer Aaron Dean Who Shot And Killed Unarmed Black Woman Atatiana Jefferson In Her Home, Resigns Before Getting Fired [VIDEO]

Every single day in America, we sadly see racist MAGA cops get away with killing innocent and unarmed black people every day. This was the case for 28-year-old Atatiana Jefferson, who was shot and killed by officer Aaron Dean in her Fort Worth, Texas home. She was watching TV while watching her eight-year-old nephew.

Dean went in the home due to a neighbor noticing her front door open. From that point, he yelled “Put your hands up — show me your hands,” before letting off the fatal shots. This was seen in body cam footage released by the Fort Worth Police Department.

Interim Police Chief Ed Kraus Was supposed to have a news conference today announcing the firing of Dean but he resigned before it happened, according to NBC News. Kraus says criminal charges and civil rights violations are on the table. He was put on administrative leave after the shooting and has supposedly not been cooperating with authorities.

“Had the officer not resigned, I would have fired him for violations for several policies, including our use of force policy, our de-escalation policy and unprofessional conduct,” said Kraus.

What’s sad in the end is that Dean will still probably get another police job elsewhere. This is America, where killer cops who have no regard for black people continue to thrive in the so-called “land of opportunity.” Charges need to be placed on Dean ASAP and he should be in prison for a very long time. This didn’t happen to former Dallas cop Amber Guyger, who recently only received 10 years for killing unarmed black man, Botham Jean, in his home in 2018. As far as not firing Dean in time, it all seems like a lie by the Fort Worth PD. They knew he should’ve been fired right after the incident and not have given up time to resign.
