Cardi B Says She’s Naming Her Second Album “Tiger Woods” Because Of How Woods Overcame Doubters To Win Masters Tournament This Year [VIDEO]

Cardi B has been a megastar since 2017 where she had her breakout single, “Bodak Yellow.” She followed up the success of that record with her debut album “Invasion Of Privacy” in the spring of 2018 which has gone 3x platinum. She closed out the year with the success of her “Money” single. In 2019, she’s seeing even more success with her “Press” single.

Cardi was on Instagram Live today and discussed the adversity that Tiger Woods faced and how he won the Masters Tournament this year. She said that “Tiger Woods” will be her album title. This was his first major championship win since 2008. She says the reasoning for the album being based on his name is because how everyone talked s**t on his name and then came back to get the prestigious green jacket.

Cardi is also supposedly not releasing any more music for the rest of the year so it looks like the Tiger Woods album won’t be here until 2020.
