Kevin Hart has now checked out of the inpatient rehab facility he was at after leaving the hospital for his severe car crash from earlier this month. He had to fix three spinal fractures in surgery. Hart is now back home going through intensive physical therapy and according to TMZ, he’s grateful to still be here and has new perspectives on life since the crash.

Hart was in the hospital for 10 days and was put on heavy pain meds before to transferring to the inpatient facility. A physical therapist comes to his house often now as Hart does exercise such as stretching and exercising with therapy bands. His road to recovery looks promising as they say he will be back to the physical shape he was in prior to the crash.

Sources close to Hart say that he “really cherishes the fact that he’s alive, and wants to make the most of it in every respect. The crash had a huge impact on him.” This car crash definitely looked like a traumatizing experience so it’s no surprise that Hart is this grateful to still be here today. The damages on the car looked like it would’ve had fatalities.
