Hard to imagine, now, but there was a time when Dame Dash and Jay-Z appeared to be closer than brothers. Those were the days when they were making millions running Roc-A-Fella Records. But, ultimately, it was all business, and Jay would make bigger business deals.
Most believed music was Jay-Z’s ceiling, lambasting him for stepping down as Def Jam’s head. But, Jay-Z was much more than an entertainer/exec. Instead, he has moved into tech, finance, and touring, bolstering his music and music merch.
All of these moves have made Jay-Z into a billionaire, and he recently added the NFL deal. On No Jumper, Dame Dash addressed this and former partner, Biggs Burke. Because of his rant, Twitter held nothing back on Dame Dash, roasting him, accusing him of being a bitter hater.
