City Girls member, JT, has been rumored to be released from prison for months now but that never ended up being the case. Fellow group member Yung Miami is now taking to social media to say that JT could be coming home sooner than we think.
Miami posted a photo with JT with the caption:
“We gone keep smashing, Keep cashing, diamonds keep flashing, money keep stacking 💰 Couple more days & we back acting up! 😬” August 21 looks like it’ll be the day of freedom for JT as she’s been locked up since last June. Her incarceration was due to credit card fraud and she was taken in right after City Girls’ success on Drake’s “In My Feelings” hit record.
City Girls have since gone platinum with their “Act Up” single off of their debut album “Girl Code” which dropped in November. They also appeared on Quality Control’s new Control The Streets Vol. 2 album on the records “Like That” feat. Stefflon Don, Renni Rucci, and Mustard, “Leave Em Alone” feat. Layton Greene, Lil Baby, and PnB Rock, and “Come On” feat. Saweetie and DJ Durel.
