Todd And Julie Chrisley From ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ Plead Not Guilty After Turning Themselves In To FBI For Tax Evasion Charges

Yesterday, reality TV stars and married couple Todd and Julie Chrisley were inducted on tax evasion charges dating back to 2007-2012. The FBI had warrants for their arrest and they turned themselves in in Atlanta yesterday. Bank fraud, wire fraud and conspiracy are all included in these charges.

The Chrisleys also allegedly swindled banks out of millions of dollars in loans by providing fake information. They also avoided federal taxes on the money they earned in which their accountant was also indicted. Now, the two are pleading not guilty to these charges, according to TMZ.

The not guilty plea happened today during their arraignment. They were each released on $100,000 bond. Travel will be very restricted from Atlanta to parts of Tennessee. An exception will be made for the Chrisleys to travel to California to film their show. Chrisley Knows Best airs on USA on Tuesday’s at 10PM.

The Chrisleys have been maintaining their innocence by claiming that a former employee of their was the one committing these tax violations. If ruled guilty in court, the couple faces 30 years in prison.
