A Day After Being Allowed To Go Back To America Until At Least August 14 Court Ruling, A$AP Rocky Reportedly Says He Won’t Come Back To Sweden Again If Acquitted Of Assault Charge

Yesterday A$AP Rocky scored a big win for himself as it was ruled in Stockholm, Sweden that he’d be allowed to leave the country and come back to America at least until the August 14 court ruling for his assault charge. The ruling will be written so he won’t have to be present during the verdict.

Throughout the process, Swedish officials wouldn’t let A$AP leave on any sort of bail after saying he was viewed as a flight risk. That changed in a hurry three weeks later. So far, A$AP has missed up to $2 million in show money. According to TMZ now, A$AP has no plans to ever return to Sweden if he’s found not guilty. A$AP has since arrived in Los Angeles and has been taking photos with fans.

A$AP supposedly also reportedly won’t try to get any money from the Swedish government as he says getting all the show money that he missed won’t be an issue. Sweden letting A$AP leave Sweden letting A$AP leave the country points to a not guilty verdict because if he was, it’d completely contradict their “flight risk” stance.

Rocky’s lawyer added that all the evidence was shown to defend that A$AP acted in self-defense after Sweden native Mustafa Jafari stalked him and his security for almost a mile. The case was also made that the attack on Jafari wasn’t overboard or premeditated. It’ll be a very interesting day on August 14.
