A$AP Rocky and His Security’s Stalker In Sweden Was Convicted Of Criminal Assault When He Was 16-Years-Old In 2016 For Attacking Man’s Face

A$AP Rocky was officially convicted of assault today in Sweden as a result of fighting a man named Mustafa Jafari who was stalking him and his security in Stockholm. Jafari didn’t get hit with any charges because prosecutors say he acted in self defense by throwing headphones at A$AP’s security even though footage showed otherwise.

This wasn’t Jafari’s first time getting into fights with people. In 2016, he was convicted of assault at the age of 16 after striking a man in the forehead and beating on the rest of his face, according to TMZ. This also took place in Stockholm. His only punishments were 30 hours of community service and a $500 fine.

Jafari also had two drug offenses in November 2017 and May 2018. Fines were handed down in this situation as well but didn’t face any jail time. Rocky went from possibly facing six years in prison for this assault charge but now it’s two. Regardless, it’s an injustice and shouldn’t be facing any sort of prison time. A fine would be appropriate.
