Tay K Found Guilty Of Murder And Robbery While Facing 5-99 Years; Avoids Capital Murder Charge

Tay K’s trial started this week as he faced murder, robbery, and capital murder charges involving the death of 21-year-old Ethan Walker in a 2016 home invasion. A jury has made their decision and ruled that the Texas rapper is guilty of murder and robbery, according to NBC DFW 5. He was found not guilty of capital murder.

Tay K now faces 5-99 years in prison. The sentencing is beginning now as he showed no emotion from the ruling.. No witnesses were brought to the stand this afternoon but Walker’s mother, Roberta, testified.

Closing arguments were made on Thursday when the jury was handled the case at 3PM. Tay K blew up as an artist in 2016 with the success of his hit single ‘The Race‘ which has over 173 million views on YouTube. Fans of his have been anticipating his possible release for a few years now but that isn’t looking likely at all now.
