Judge Orders The Game’s Royalties to be Garnished in Order to Pay $7 Million Sexual Assault

For a long time, The Game has been playing hard ball with Priscilla Rainey when it comes to paying her the court ordered $7 million from a sexual assault case. He’s been on the record saying that she would never “see a red cent” from him. While that may  have been courageous and a boss move on the part of the Game, it now looks like the courts are taking the issue of payment out of his hands. Just recently a judge ordered that the royalties from The Game’s music to be garnished until the $7 million dollar judgement is paid off.

This was a motion was brought by Priscilla Rainey. According to court documents, the motion will allow her to collect any money that comes in for The Game from his record label or royalties paid to him.

The order states:

“Any and all rights, title, and interest of Defendant from the following companies in the form of, among other things, commission, royalties, contract receivables, deferred compensation, income, wages, payroll, salary, and accounts receivable: Sound Exchange, Inc., 733 10th Street NW, 10th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20001; and Entertainment One U.S. LP, Attn: Michael Healy, 22 Harbor Park Drive, Port Washington, NY 11050. “
