2Pac is arguably the greatest rapper of all time and many that are old enough got to witness greatness in music at the time and the impact that he left on others. This was the case for 66-year-old Jerry Foxhoven who was the director Of Iowa’s Department of Human Services.

Foxhoven was fired from his position last month due to sending employees 350 emails praising Pac, according to The Daily Beast. 4,300 agency employees got the emails as Gov. Kim Reynolds had to remove him. In some of the emails, Foxhoven wanted the employees to all listen to one song of Pac’s and it included a photo of Pac smiling as well.

Foxhoven would also have “Tupac Fridays” in his office. At least one employee reportedly complained to lawmakers the constant emails in 2018. His love for 2Pac has to be saluted but it could’ve been celebrated in other ways besides the emails. Having the celebrations probably would’ve kept his job.
