During the 2012-2013 season, the Golden State Warriors were one of the surprise teams. With the exception of the 2007 season, the Warriors last made the playoffs in 1994. By that time, the Stephen Curry draft pick looked like the wrong choice, and Klay Thompson was an ill fit.

Nevertheless, in the 2013 playoffs, the Warriors stunned the promising 57-25 Denver Nuggets, in the first round. Then, in the second round, the Warriors took the San Antonio Spurs to six games. Andre Iguodala played for the Nuggets, then, but the Warriors signed him.

By 2015, the Warriors had the NBA’s best record, and were NBA champions, with Andre Iguodala as Finals MVP. Until 2019, Iguodala only played Cleveland for the championship. Despite the loss, Iggy is still a three-time NBA champion.

Andre Iguodala stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” talking to DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. The conversation, of course, was about Kawhi Leonard’s Raptors beating them. Still, AI talked about the Warriors’ dynasty, Kevin Durant, who is a free agent, former coach, Mark Jackson, and his new book, The Sixth Man.
