Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida used to be married to fellow cast member Phaedra Parks but that ended in a divorce in 2017 after eight years. He was sentenced to 96 months in prison in 2014 after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud.
Nida was eligible for parole and was recently put into a halfway house. He is now back in prison after he violated the terms of his parole in that halfway house, according to The Blast. A representative of the United States Marshals said that Nida was arrested again days after being placed into the house.
There was a list of rules that Nida supposedly had to follow and that was broken with a “technical requirement.” After breaking this specific rule, he went to the Philadelphia Federal Court House and placed into the system where he was booked into prison. He will now spent the rest of his sentence there until his official October 15, 2019 release.
