Cuba Gooding Jr is still a fan favorite actor as people also have the Boyz in the Hood movie on repeat with his famous role as Tre. He is caught up in some legal trouble now though as he’s facing allegations of groping a woman at a bar in New York City. This was at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Manhattan.

Gooding told TMZ that he denied the claims by the woman but is still turning himself in. He was seen boarding a flight to New York City as he is meeting with police tomorrow. Gooding said he trusts the system and the process. He added that surveillance footage will tell the real story.

At the bar, Gooding originally took photos with fans and said there was no groping involved. His message to his fans is that he still trusts the system. The justice system is often sadly negatively biased towards black men in America so hopefully the truth really does come out based on surveillance footage.

Check out footage of him at the party below.
