At the end of 2018, Big K.R.I.T.” released his “Double Down” and “Thrice X” EPs in a span of two weeks. Fans of the Mississippi rapper have since been wondering though when they’d get another album from him. K.R.I.T.’s last album was “4eva Is a Mighty Long Time” in 2017.

K.R.I.T. is ending the wait as today, he announced that the follow-up to his 2010 mixtape “K.R.I.T. Wuz Here” is on the way. On July 12, he will be releasing the studio album “K.R.I.T. Iz Here.” He also revealed the cover art for the project on Twitter.

K.R.I.T. has definitely been one of the most underrated artists to come out of the south this decade. K.R.I.T. Iz Here should be another solid project from him that hip-hop fans should take notice of. Check out his announcement below.
