It’s been a while since we received an album from TDE rapper Ab-Soul as his previous one was “Do What Thou Wilt” in 2016. He’s now updated fans on Twitter about the status about his upcoming fifth studio album.
Ab simply tweeted “70%” as a sign that the project is almost done. It could probably take the rest of the summer to complete though. An August release is when fans can probably expect it to drop. The title of the project hasn’t been announced yet.
As far as Ab’s previous album, it was solid as far as sales. It peaked at No. 34 on the U.S Billboard 200 chart and No. 9 on the Billboard U.S Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Check out Ab-Soul updating the fans on the new album below.
