Youtubers Damien and Biannca Prince Get Dragged For Making Colorist Remarks About Their Newborn’s Skin and Eyes; Old Videos Surface Showing They Have a History Of Being Colorist [VIDEOS]

Damien and Biannca Prince are catching heat for making colorist comments about their newborn baby’s eyes and skin color.

The baby was barely cut from the umbilical cord before Biannca said something about wanting the baby to have light eyes. As she held the baby, she looks in her eyes and says “I thought you were going to have pretty eyes.” Damien replies “she does have pretty eyes. She even said to Damien “she’s not going to be YOUR color.” Damien is visibly dark-skinned. Even the nurse had to chime in and say that that baby was beautiful.

This isn’t the first time The Prince Family has been accused of being colorist. Damien did a video calling a girl a “black, burnt a** b*tch” in the past. Biannca did a YouTube video with Queen Naija where she says “I didn’t know Damien liked black girls.” Umm…sis aren’t you black yourself?

Disgusting. Biannca has since denied being colorist saying “half of my family is black, my husband is black, my other two kids are black. I’m confused on how I can be colorist. I’m black. Lol.”

The comments you and your husband made during the birth of your daughter and in the past, perpetuate colorism. You said you wanted your daughter to have pretty eyes as if brown eyes aren’t pretty. You were worried about the color of her skin before you could even sign the birth certificate. It’s disgusting and you both should be ashamed of yourselves for using your platform on YouTube to spread such ignorance.
