Dr. Gregory Lovallo, a urologist out of New Jersey, says that Lil Kim skipped out on a $15,000 surgery bill and is supposedly part of an insurance scam, per Bossip.The lawsuit states that he’s suing for breach of contract and the treatment she had might be linked to the insurance scam she’s part of.
Lovallo is looking for the unpaid $15,000 along with interest for it. Based on court documents, Lovallo believes that Kim was “unjustly enriched” as part of the alleged insurance scam.
“Based upon information and belief, defendant improperly converted insurance proceeds to his/her own personal use. “Based upon information and belief, defendant was unjustly enriched.”
It’ll be interesting to see how soon Kim pays up the $15k. She filed for bankruptcy in 2018 after having issues with creditors as she owed millions of dollars.
