Rapper turned hip-hop media pundit Joe Budden is catching some heat for an inaccurate and distasteful joke surrounding Kawhi Leonard’s father who was killed in 2008 in front of the car wash he owned in Compton. I see what he was trying to do in regards to playfully attesting the to the “silent yet killer reputation and demeanor” that proceeds Leonard. However even when he was corrected about Leonard’s father being killed, he still attempted to pull his best Charlemagne impression with a ill-timed and horrible job. Trash.
