Yea, you read the title correctly. You definitely can’t make this up. What sounds like a scene from a Seth Rogen comedy film turns out to be real life.

A man from Washington state is in jail after a series of events which began when he accidentally shot himself in the testicles. Back on April 5th Cameron Jeffrey Wilson was in his Cashmere, Wash. apartment carrying a pistol in his front pocket when the firearm discharged, shooting him in the groin and thigh. Wilson refused to go the hospital before getting rid of the gun. He told his girlfriend to first drive to Lincoln Park in Wenatchee, where he gave the pistol to a friend. The 27-year-old is a 13 time felon, who by law cannot posses a firearm.

When he finally got to the Central Washington Hospital, a balloon of marijuana slipped out of his anus while doctors were performing surgery for the gunshot wound. Sheriffs from Chelan County were notified of Wilson’s wounds and anal contraband. They ended up searching his car and found a bag of methamphetamine in the pair of blooded jeans he had taken off before entering the hospital.

Authorities opted to not arrest Wilson, but instead issued an arrest warrant on suspicion of second-degree felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of meth. He was formally charged on April 16th. He ended up turning himself in on the 18th. While in police custody another balloon of marijuana slipped from his anus during a strip search. So yes, he had two bags of marijuana in his ass. Wilson was then charged with possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility. Now you’d think the story ends when he’s in jail, right? Wrong, there’s more.

While in jail, Wilson made multiple calls to his girlfriend, urging her not to cooperate with the police investigation. The police were listening in on his calls and subsequently charged him with four counts of tampering with a witness. The three charges will be tried as three separate cases in superior court. He’s now being held at the regional justice center on a combined $110,000 bail.
