A lot of shady business practices are done behind the scenes in the music industry and Ne-Yo and Brian McKnight were recently on the wrong end of it. Their former manager Kevin Foster had scammed both hard and now Foster is paying the price.

A judge has ordered Foster to pay restitution to Ne-Yo as he will be receiving $6,456,250, according to The Blast. This was after Foster stole millions from Ne-Yo in a sports drink investment deal. Foster had managed Brian McKnight as well and was scamming him as well. McKnight will receive $151,675.

Foster was hit in New Jersey with wire fraud and money laundering. When it came to the sports drink investment, Foster was taking millions of dollars without telling Ne-Yo. Last week, Foster was sentenced to 89 months in prison for his crimes.
