The Rolling Loud festival this past weekend in Miami was really crazy. Kodak Black was arrested for gun charges, Lil Wayne didn’t perform either because of security issues, inclement weather stopped several performances, and there were multiple gun scares as security supposedly wasn’t the best. NBA Youngboy and Tee Grizzley were also set to perform but ran into some issues before their sets.

Entourages from both rappers supposedly got into a shootout outside of the Trump International Beach Resort. Youngboy’s girlfriend Kay Marie was shot, one man was shot dead (43-year-old Mohamad Jradi) by a stray bullet and a five-year-old child was grazed. Now, Youngboy and his team won’t be charged due to self-defense, according to the Associated Press.

10 people were from Youngboy’s team and had guns and were cleared by police after the shooting. Youngboy’s girlfriend is still recovering from the incident and her injuries haven’t been known to be life-threatening. Since Youngboy and his team got off on self-defense, expect police to investigate Grizzley’s team more for their alleged involvement.
